Manage the day-to-day circulation operations, stacks maintenance, interlibrary loan, course reserves, and front desk security within the Access Services department. Provide leadership, ongoing support, and staff training to promote a teamwork culture emphasizing ensuring quality service for patrons. Participate in developing, recommending, and administering division policies, procedures, and processes. Collaborates with other library departments, the Rice community, and external patrons and supervises and mentors a team of three Access Services Supervisors.
