Micki Behounek has served as the Manager of Access Services at Grinnell College Libraries since 2013. In this role, she oversees Access Services and Interlibrary Loan, and coordinates the library's student employment program. Micki plays an active role in the broader campus community through her involvement with Library Administration and on numerous library and college committees and project initiatives. Her professional interests include accessibility, patron services, and leadership in library settings, particularly in supervising and mentoring student employees. Micki holds a Master of Library and Information Science from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Buena Vista University.
