Biographical Info
Kim Copenhaver serves as Director of the Anne T. & Robert M. Bass Library & Director, Access & Public Services at Yale Library. Kim leads a team of 32 full-time employees committed to delivering exemplary user experiences including inclusive front-line support, innovative resource sharing and course reserve services. She previously held positions at Emory University and Eckerd College. Kim has been active in the American Library Association, serving on the ACRL Board of Directors, and as President of the Florida Chapter of ACRL. She holds a Master of Library and Information Science from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University. Kim’s research interests relate to the intersection of research inquiry and service design.
