Viki Timian received her MLIS from Valdosta State University and her BA in Sociology from Georgia State University. She began her work in Access Services (then Circulation) as a student assistant shelver. She has been the Head of Access Services (now Director of User Services) at the University of Georgia Libraries since 2011.
