2025 Access Services Conference

Rachel Pisciotta is Head of Access, Delivery, and Resource Sharing Services at NYU Libraries. In her role, she implements strategies and develops workflows for Circulation & Reserves Services, Library Access, Resource Sharing, and Delivery Services. She holds a B.A. in English from the University of Kansas, an M.L.I.S. from the Pratt Institute, and a Master's in Project Management from New York University.
