Lucinda has been at OSULP for 7 years, starting in the Library Experience and Access Department (LEAD) before moving to Library Admin where she coordinates the student employment program and supervises 11 student employees. In this role, she provides HR and training support to student supervisors with the intention of increasing equity and opportunities for student employees. She has been a high school and middle school teacher, a business owner, and now works in libraries. These experiences inform her student-centered approach to supervision and program coordination.
