With over 12 years in management in the private sector Chuck has overseen everything from multimillion dollar retail operations to call center tech support, warehouses and factory floors, and even a brief stint managing a market research team. Since joining the Edmon Low Library at Oklahoma State University (OSU) in 2015 he has worked as Night Manager, overseeing all circulation and security operations, and as the Stacks Management Coordinator. In his current role as Library lead, Chuck is responsible for all physical collections and inventory operations for OSU's main library, library Annex building, and off-site high-density Auxiliary storage facility.
