I understand and agree to the following should my presentation get selected:

I am responsible for a conference registration fee should my presentation get selected.
A maximum of 2 presenters per submission receive a discounted rate.
My presentation files will be collected in advance and archived.
Presentation files are distributed via the Access Services Conference website.
I understand that my presentation will be live-streamed and recorded and made available online to virtual attendees. Virtual access to recorded presentations requires a registration.
I understand that highest consideration will be given to presentations given in person. Virtual presentations require pre-approval from the Steering Committee.
I understand presentation recordings are the property of Access Services in Libraries, Inc. Presenters may request a copy of the video to place in their institutional repositories with a 1-year embargo for institution-only access.
