2025 Access Services Conference

Nancy Garmer is the Associate Dean of Evans Library at the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, FL. She has been a user-focused librarian for 20 years as an academic library leader and public library director and librarian. Nancy has served as the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) Director for QEP II – Cultural Competency and QEP III – Student Success through Transformative Advising as part of the university accreditation reaffirmation process. Her expertise is in academic support and supporting student success. She spearheads Library and campus initiatives to foster student wellness and a sense of belonging.
